How forwarding works (7 steps)

Create a dashboard account to access settings and track parcels.
Specify your Camex personal number
Enter your Camex code in your profile. Without it, reception addresses are not displayed.
Get Greek address details
Copy the warehouse address and your client ID in the dashboard.
Place an order in the online store
Specify our delivery address and be sure to add your ID.
Add expected package (tracking number)
Enter the store tracking number in your dashboard so we can identify the cargo faster.
Reception and processing in Greece
We receive the order, weigh it, and prepare documents.
Handover to Camex carrier
After handing over the package to Camex, international transport to Georgia and pickup are tracked on Camex's side.
Need a reception address in Greece?
The address is provided free of charge in your dashboard after adding your Camex personal number.
Rules for receiving self-purchased orders
- Always include your unique identifier in the store's delivery address.
- We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) parcels. The order must be fully paid by you in the store.
- Items prohibited for international air shipment are not accepted and will be returned to the seller at your expense.
