In the current Buyer Greece model, the primary payment method is bank transfer. The transfer should be made after receiving the confirmed amount and details. After sending the transfer, upload the receipt into the system to confirm payment.
Before paying for the item in the store, make sure you have received the latest Buyer Greece instructions. Carefully check the address, recipient name, postal code, and your Camex personal identifier during checkout for accurate warehouse identification.
Upon arrival and processing of the goods at our warehouse in Greece, they are handed over to Camex for international delivery to Georgia. Once transfer is processed, an international tracking number appears in the system to track the package on the carrier's official website.
Our AI-powered smart search accepts natural language queries (including Russian and Georgian), translates and adapts them for the BestPrice.gr catalog, and returns relevant offers with translated titles.
If the request has not been paid yet and the purchase has not started, contact support for cancellation. If the item has already been purchased or delivered, returns are regulated by the seller's rules and may require covering additional logistics costs.
In your dashboard, you can separately track the product purchase process (order), physical warehouse arrival (incoming package), and international transportation (Camex shipment).
